Thanks! This is from the guy who drove from Victoria for some "Pulled Turkey" sandwiches. I grilled them, as you might, and then laid them out for the unsuspecting Susan. When she smelled them, I could see she was curious. When she saw them, she look very interested. When she tasted them, she said "Wow, where did you get the recipe?" Then I told her the truth. "I didn't go fishing yesterday, I went to Chef Claire's in Vancouver for the some of the "best sandwiches ever", just for you" Well she was impressed and touched. Thank you for helping make her birthday special. They truly are "sandwiches worth traveling for".
